ESNNA Code

In accordance with Peruvian Law Nº 28251, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) has implemented a national policy to combat the **Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA)**. As part of this initiative, **Qorianka Tours Peru** adheres to the ESNNA Code of Conduct and commits to taking joint action to prevent and eradicate this serious issue.

We declare our absolute rejection of the **Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents** in Peru and around the world, particularly in its form associated with travel and tourism. Such behavior violates fundamental human rights and contradicts the core values of responsible tourism in our country.

We condemn those who use tourism activities, facilities, and services to promote, facilitate, or tolerate the sexual exploitation of minors. In line with this position, **Qorianka Tours Peru** formally subscribes to this **Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism**.

This Code is a formal declaration of voluntary commitment, designed to establish behavioral guidelines for all individuals working at Qorianka Tours Peru, aimed at protecting children and adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation and human trafficking related to travel and tourism.

Our Commitments

• Maintain a strong ethical policy that firmly rejects the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.
• Inform and train all personnel on the company’s policy regarding the prevention of child sexual exploitation in tourism and travel activities.
• Display visible symbols and notices to alert clients and suppliers of our zero-tolerance position on child sexual exploitation in tourism.
• Include a clause in contracts with tourism service providers expressing a shared rejection of child sexual exploitation. The following statement shall be used:

“Tourism promotes a childhood and adolescence free from sexual exploitation. Therefore, we do not accept any act that favors the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.”

By adhering to this Code of Conduct, **Qorianka Tours Peru** reaffirms its commitment to responsible tourism and to the protection of the dignity and rights of children and adolescents in all of our destinations and services.
