Payment Policy

Qorianka Tours Peru is a licensed travel agency and tour operator offering services to both individual travelers and national or international travel agencies. We provide flexible payment options to suit each client’s needs.

1. Cash Payments

Cash payments can be made directly at our office in Cusco. We accept Peruvian soles (S/) and US dollars (US$) according to the established rates.

Note: Counterfeit bills or coins will not be accepted. If received, the matter will be reported and handled according to Peruvian law.

2. Bank Transfers and Deposits

Clients may pay via bank transfer or direct deposit. The payment will only be valid once the transaction receipt has been sent and verified by our team. Bank account details will be provided upon request.

3. Payment via Niubiz or Izipay Payment Links

You may request a secure payment link from your travel advisor. After filling in your personal details and card information, complete the payment process. A payment confirmation will be automatically sent to our email system.

Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.

4. POS Terminal Payments at Office (Izipay)

We accept card payments in person at our Cusco office via POS terminal. Simply present your card and complete the transaction with your PIN or signature, depending on the card type. A payment receipt (voucher) will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone.

Important

All payments must be verified and validated by our staff to ensure proper processing and service delivery. Please keep all receipts and confirmations as proof of payment.
